Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Floka account and the data we hold about you. You can do it directly from the app, or by sending us a request by email. Either method is free of charge and will result in the same outcome.

Once your request is processed, you will not be able to log back in or recover bookings, favorites, or settings.
