Before you start
Is Floka really free for clients?
Yes. Browsing shops, booking, reminders and reviews are completely free for clients and always will be.
How does the free trial work?
When you create your shop you get full access for the trial period that comes with your plan, and you are not charged while it runs. A valid card is required at sign-up so your plan can continue automatically, and you will receive a reminder email 7 days before the trial ends, so you can cancel any time before then from your shop dashboard if you decide not to continue. The exact trial length for your country is shown on the pricing page.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone who can be booked through your shop. The owner is included in the base price, and each additional team member adds the per-employee amount for your plan. The pricing page has a calculator that works out the exact total for your team size.
Can I add or remove employees later?
Yes, you can update your team whenever you like. When you add a team member, you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current period and your recurring price goes up from then on. When you remove a team member, the lower price takes effect at your next renewal. You will always see the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your shop dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Local methods may be available depending on your country.
